Green Is In Our Everyday

At Leopard Safaris, we’re all about green adventures in Sri Lanka’s wild heart, with a strong commitment to sustainability and conservation. We aim to provide unique, eco-friendly safari experiences without harming the natural beauty of the national parks. Our camps are set up with minimal environmental impact, enhancing the locale by planting native flora. As pioneers in eco-tourism, we encourage others to follow a sustainable path, advocating for reduced plastic use to protect the diverse ecosystems we cherish. Green Cuisine

Our food is locally sourced, which means that it is not only supporting the local community, but it is also reducing gas emissions and energy consumption.

Green Partnerships

Our camp partners with the local communities around Sri Lanka to collaborate on green projects.

Green Energy

The majority of our energy at the camp is renewable, being sourced from solar panels and a dual battery system in our safari jeeps (this charges a second battery while the jeeps are being used on safari, for use in camp later on).

Green Products

We are using eco-friendly and natural products and recycling or upcycling materials whenever possible. From our organic soaps, to stainless steel water bottles and reusing glass jars and furniture.
